Just listening now. The host in the Bike News Minute Elly describes the new Oregon cell phone law and says: "If a police officer sees you talking on your cell phone you will be pulled over". This may be semantics, but I think the word is "may", not "will". I have yet to see this law enforced in California, and I see lots of cell phone talkers, and yes, even texters.
