Terry Oslar said several witnesses saw a bicyclist, identified as Leonard Cryan, traveling along Pacific Avenue when a four-door sedan driven by Roshanya Miles, 35, also of Wildwood, went through the intersection on a green light. Cryan, who had a red light, failed to stop and crashed into the driver side of Miles’ vehicle, Oslar said. Police were called to the scene at 7:59 a.m. Oslar said the collision threw Cryan from the bicycle and the back of his head hit the pavement. He was not wearing a helmet. The impact smashed the driver-side window of Miles’ car. Oslar said Miles would not face any charges related to the accident, but Cryan may be issued a summons. |
