Kyle has been riding a bike since 1989 and practicing law since 2013. Kyle focuses his practice on representing injured cyclists in personal injury claims and products liability cases. He has previously served as a Board Member of Bike East Bay working to improve safety, infrastructure, and equitable access for cyclists through advocacy and pro bono litigation.
Kyle began his career as a defense attorney and has represented clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies in state and federal court in individual and class actions. His extensive inside knowledge from years working with insurance companies enables him to get inside the mind of the defendant insurance companies and get the results his clients deserve.
When he is not in the office Kyle is an active cyclist (road and dirt) and has ridden centuries and fondos throughout California. He also serves as a Board Member of California YMCA Youth and Government, which runs model legislature and court programs for middle and high school students to promote civic engagement.
