With 20 years of experience in the legal profession, Kay is a litigation paralegal with a broad background in complex litigation. Her experience includes personal injury litigation on both the plaintiff and defense sides, product liability, class actions, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, probate, collections, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and health insurance law.

Kay has extensive experience assisting attorneys with matters in both state and federal courts through all phases of litigation. She works closely with attorneys on case management, discovery, document preparation, trial preparation, and all aspects of the litigation process. Her experience and attention to detail enable her to effectively support complex matters from inception through resolution. 

Kay values collaboration and believes clear communication is an important part of the client experience. She works closely with attorneys, clients, experts, and other professionals to help keep matters organized, moving forward, and clients informed throughout the litigation process.

Kay earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and her Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Berkeley College in New York City. She is fluent in Spanish and is able to assist Spanish-speaking clients throughout the course of their legal matters. 

Outside of the office, Kay enjoys staying active, watching sports, spending time with her family, and relaxing with her Yorkie, Chuckie.
